Since 2015, the Temporary Room - Pilcrow Project has dedicated itself to dialogue, curation, and the support of emerging and inspiring artistic voices.

The Pilcrow Project is neither a traditional gallery nor an association.

It is a temporary, independent art space — deliberately volatile and time-limited.

The pilcrow (¶) marks the beginning of a new paragraph.

For us, each exhibition represents the start of a new thought.

Our mission is to safeguard the essential right to present bold and unconventional artistic positions, especially in times of social and political upheaval.

Above all, the Pilcrow Project is a self-organized initiative that values collaboration.
It operates as a curatorial movement, working with and alongside the artists it presents.
